Bulking on bbq?

Conversely, if you don't already meal prep on a grill at least weekly then I really have no idea what in the fuck you're doing with your life.

I went from weekly to bi or tri weekly meal prep on the salt block. Much juicier meals and doesn't take but 5 min of my actual time. Weekly I would die those last 2 or 3 days when the chicken was dry and the veggies were soft.
BBQ is great here in Oklahoma and Texas but is too fatty for daily meals even when bulking. My macros are 40-40-20 on bulk so not a lot of fat left over after all the meat.

Same. My folks are old-school and swear all the beef and eggs I eat are gonna give me a heart attack before I'm 30.

No doubt. Seriously, whole farm fresh eggs, steak and rice is all I've eaten this week.

I forgot I do 647 bread with butter and marmalade at breakfast and peppers with the steak. Other than that, I am considering getting a "100% certified Angus beef" stamp tattoo on my ass.

I have really been wanting to try Piedmontese brisket. They sell the flat... I think you could get away with a lot of smoked brisket this way. I just don't really want to pay the price for it.

Brisket is my go to at the casino Buffet. I take an empty plate over to the cutting station they try to put one little piece on it. I tell them a half pound please and get some funny looks. I dont even count macros I just eat.
