Bulking Diet

I am starting a bulking diet soon and I just have a few questions...

Im currently on a cheap college diet(about 2500cals) and I want to get to 4000-4500cal. Going home so my parents can buy all my supplies

Should I slowly add more calories everyday or add 500+ per day?

Whats the most eggs I should eat per day? I ate 12(4whole) last bulk, but some guy at the gym eats 24+ ! yeah he is big

What is a good beef to eat? not too expensive and not too nasty

Should I drink any juices like OJ?

Last...I plan on drinking at LEAST 1/2 gallon of milk per day, what kind would be best? skim, 1%,2%....

IF your going strictly for bulk go with the Vitamin D whole milk. I dont see any reason to taper up your calories. Eat as many eggs as you can with out blowing them out your ass. I dont do too man eggs.
PB&J is good to add cals as well. As the beef goes i only eat 92% lean. no matter what. less grease. I always drink OJ. First thing in the morning on non cardio days.

Remember keyword is BULK. YOur gonna put on some fat but your doing a bulker so who cares right...you getting any extra help at all while bulking??
 
I enjoy 6 eggs per day 6 days per week. I only consume two yolks however.

yea i wouldnt go with whole milk, i would go with at least 1% especially if your gonna be drinking a half gallon...just eat as many egss as you can in the morning but dont leave too many yolks in there, too much cholesterol

yes start with your maintance calsories plus 200, then each week increase 300 more calories, look for sample diets in magazines too get a good idea if foods you will need to eat then add to them.

as many as posibel i used to eat 50 a day during contest time,since your buling you can have em any way you like and you can have omelets

flank steak,lena ground beef, since your bulking i would reccomend buying pot roast and making powert maetlofs which are easy and time convinent

yes get apple,grape,oj, any time your thirsty drink juice and water and whole milk, CALORIES,

skim milk has too much sugar imo,and you will bloat like a mofo, may be best to start out with lactaid and gradually switch

I was wondering how you guys prepare your eggs? Do you just hard boil them and eat them that way, taking the yolks out, or make egg white omelets in a frying pan? I've been putting about 6 jumbo sized egg whites a day (gives me 48G of protein) in a pan and cooking them on fat free Pam. Is that OK or is their a better way? I sometimes make sandwiches out of them too when I'm short on time in the AM and still need the extra calories. Plus I try and eat oatmeal or Cream of Wheat in the morning as well to get extra calories and protein from the milk. Anyway, would like some advice on all of that. Thanks.
 
I either boil my eggs or make an omelet.

To boil, I put eggs into a pot and add water to cover them by 1/2in. I set timer for 15min and turn the heat on high. They are perfectly done everytime(soft). If you do more then ten eggs or use a big pot, add a few more minutes so the water has time to boil.

For an omelet, just scramble eggs and pour into a pam sprayed pan over medium heat. let it cook a few minutes until most of the liquidy egg is cooked. Add cheese,ham,...etc Fold over. let cook a few more minutes and its ready to rock. Be careful if you use mostly egg whites because they burn easy.
