bostin loyd Passing away at 29yo

Hahaha no I was living with parents at the time. They knocked on my parents front door at 3-4am as I was living in their outhouse on the property. My Dad was just like "yeah fuck it, the code is this to get in". I think because he was pissed off. Also, his mate is one of the Sergeants or whatever they are.
HAHAHA Your dad let the Pigs in!! Lol

If his friends were involved in a fight in town and the police thought they were hiding in his house then they can just enter.
No, it wasn't a fight, they smashed up a toilet for no reason - they were from a dodgy part of England. The owner of the place with the toilets knew me and my family. One of the owners came storming over to me who I had never met outside of another club and slapped me in the face... I had no idea what was going on. I didn't even know they had done it the dickheads

A Toilet?!! Bloody hell lol I am UK also bud - were they from manchester or something Lmao

Serious question, how do you figure out your electrolytes are out of balance? Is there a quick and easy way to check these without full bloodwork? I tend to always eat sodium and potassium no matter where I am in a cut. I know there is more to it than salt and a banana hahaha, but it would be cool if there was a prick/blood test or something that I'm unaware of?
This is more from my experience as a competitive cyclist in the past. There's no real way to do this with blood work because your body will just about always try to keep your plasma concentrations in range to protect your heart, but the theory is that in the muscles these electrolytes become depleted or out of balance and that's when all hell beaks loose with severe cramps. Of course in cycling when your done training or racing you're covered in salty crust from the amount of sweating.

I've had it in the weight room when I'm strictly dieting. The muscles start going bonkers and pretty soon your arms and worse your legs starts cramping and you're hopping around cussing when the cramps get so bad it feels like it's gonna rip the muscle off the bone. It's impossible to lift when this happens for me, I just eat some salty canned fish and go out for a long walk which seems to calm the cramps down.

Ahh yeah okay makes sense. I sprinkle a bit of salt on all meals, mainly when cutting. I also eat Bananas daily so my sodium and potassium levels are always replenished - I am sure there is a lot more to it than just a Banana and a bit of salt. The only time I get cramp is when I squat and I never go heavy because of lower back problems... I never understand why this happens only on my hamstrings. I can hamstring curl with no issues... weird!

Many of the worlds best athletes are people that never suffer from cramps. There are people that have never had a cramp in their lives despite pushing the body to extremes that most people can't imagine.

Nerves become over stimulated and cramp the muscle as a form of protection for the muscles. A tens machine can over load the nerve signals and block cramping. It's all about nerves triggering the cramp.

And of course if you push past your fitness level eventually your body will respond with cramps. It's like the difference between training and competition when you train you almost will never train as hard as when you compete and you have to push far past your limits which can lead to hellish cramps.

Seeing the video of him boasting about using a hammer to crush up a Vicodin and inject it into his vein really made me cringe. Especially, when he used a thick needle to allow for any uncrushed powder to get through... I think he must have started to lose it at that point, everyone on the video call with him were just speechless. Still I hate to see another pass RIP. He was always real and honest and that is why I liked him - I didn't agree with a lot of what he did, but this was seen from a mile off back when his first videos came out
Yes,too crazy,we need to use it sensibly and correctly.

Bostin's kidneys couldn't clear out the potassium in his blood. It causes heart failure. Hyperkalemia. Edit* The man was reckless and had a kid to provide for. The reckless abandon of his priorities and health causes me to also lack sympathy for this man. I have sympathy for his family tho. That kid deserves a father.

I agree, but I also wonder if he started to lose it a bit, as injecting crushed Vicodin into your veins and boasting about it like it was a glorious achievement is not the norm IMO. Yeah, boasting about doing 2 grams of test etc... But the Vicodin thing is literally something that could kill him instantly with blockages from the pill. I love Tren, but it defo messes with your mind or maybe he just became so egotistical he got out of control... Who knows, but yeah that kid needs a Dad, even if he is not the best role model.

I hope he was able to leave something to his family after his passing.
