Boldenone is underrated.

You know, overall I feel fine now. The first day after donating blood was rough and of course, genius move on my part to hit a heavy back session right after. The pump was awful, muscles felt flat, and everything that usually feels tight just… didn’t. The next day felt strange too: a bit light-headed, some dizziness when standing up, and I had that low-ferritin fatigue where you just feel kind of empty inside.

Now things are stabilizing, energy’s back and training feels normal again. I’m guessing my ferritin will bounce back in a couple of weeks. I’ll run labs again in 3–4 weeks to make sure everything’s settled.
Please post those labs here, too, so we can compare with the timeline and see how ferritin recovers.

Personally, I have never had low ferritin, but even multiple donations and self draining have never dropped my hematocrit to 48.

As much as I love EQ and always try to sneak it into my cycles, last time on Test C 400 EQ 500 and Mast E 300 my hematocrit shot straight to the moon. And that was with more water than a camel, at least an hour of cardio every day, and a squeaky-clean diet. Now I don’t even know if I should bring EQ back next time or finally say goodbye to my toxic relationship with it.

This is what happens to me, too. It is too bad, because I think it works well stacked with testosterone, but bumping up on 60 hematocrit is not worth it.

Is the only option with eq to run it 300+? I dont see a lot of guys running 100 or 150.
It's very mild, it's like primo at those dosages i believe, so it's mostly used for it's AI effects and for cardio benefits for sport athletes. For bodybuilding purposes i think you must go way higher.

So we went from gaining to losing

sounds like only thing you know how to move are goal posts and playground quips. You're a little boy with your quips and even more with that lukewarm IQ

and yes you idiot you would lose muscle and fullness w/ a pct because your protein synthesis goes down

WHOA! We got a badass here. So random PRs that were done with only 500mg? Or are we just trying to prove my point that you can only achieve that with more than 500mg of test? And almost won Arnold Classic? Please not the amateur show or masters that only has 3-4 competitors....
Your bragging stops where your bullshit starts
Baht, your intellect is a marvel of modern science — a vast, echoing vacuum where thoughts go to perish. Engaging with you is like debating with a wet paper bag that believes it’s a philosopher.

Your grasp of knowledge is so shallow it’s practically decorative. You’re the kind of person who thinks adding “bro” to a sentence counts as evidence. The popular stance of many a fool is that more is better, and you’ve pursued that motto with remarkable dedication — more words, less meaning; more noise, less thought.

Do us all a favor: take your considerable mass of misplaced confidence to McDonald’s, order yourself a McWisdom (though they’re out of stock, thanks to you), and then go bench press with the other scholars of protein powder philosophy.

I approve of this elevated diction and sentence structure. Godspeed

Currently on Test / EQ / Tren A / Mast P for my contest prep and I’ve never looked so good, veins are everywhere, I’m full even with carbs depletion, cardio is easy
I love this shit

Dosage are per week : Test 1350mg / EQ 1350mg / Tren 300mg / Mast P 300mg

Hi bro, good condition. What supplements and vitamins do you use? I'd be glad if you shared them.

At what mg do you guys feel like EQ really starts to shine?
Im at 200 right now, and can't run it higher because of e2 until I up my test dose in probably 4-5 weeks.

Reposting my little hematocrit saga here. I cranked up the water, added more cardio, and redid the labs, hematocrit dropped from 56.9 to 54. Thought that wasn’t enough, so I decided to play hero and donated blood anyway. Probably not the smartest move but curiosity won. These labs are from three days post-donation.

Currently dealing with ferritin at 18. Not on blast. Definitely let us know how that goes with the recovery of your ferritin,

It hits me hard and the gym suffers. I’m flat, anxious, no energy, exhausted, sore for days and day, can’t recover right. Fun times.

Unknown cause. Doctors don’t have an idea nor do they really care about my number.

Few guys on here & myself came to the conclusion probably from extended use of higher doses (cruising) mixed with over a year ago a couple of blood donations.

Somehow my ferritin got up to 35 and that was during a slight break in the gym and slightly lower hrt protocol

So I’m dropping down to 500-600ng/dl worth of test cyp. And nothing else. Seeing if my ferritin bounces back with some iron supplementation as well.
If it doesn’t. Then it’s a GI/Iron absorption issue.
And if it bounces back after X amount of time. It’s the extended HRT use and my body can’t keep up due to the demand in RBC

I've never ran EQ at what most would consider a high dose usually 250-300 a week if I'm on 700+ test and it works perfectly for me every time. Never had hematocrit issues with it, always keeps my estrogen at bay, always leaves me more vascular and with solid gains that don't disappear. It's possibly my favorite compound simply because it allows me to run test at whatever dose I want without having to use an AI. I have never used Primo so I can't really make a comparison I'm sure it's great as well but for the price I can't justify switching just to experiment. I also haven't heard of many people having a bad experience aside from anxiety, which usually just means you're using too much and crashed your e2.

I'm trying to build up to running a high dose of EQ but don't know if it's gonna happen. Not for a while at least until I can get my test up over a gram. It just smashed my e2 too much. Had to go from 400 test 250eq to 500 Test 250 eq to 550:200

I have been able to run 500 test 350 EQ with no issues but after about 8 weeks I did start to feel like maybe just maybe my e2 was getting low. I didn't verify it with blood work though. I just felt ever so slightly anxious so I dialed it back to 300 a few weeks before I did bloods and range was good there I can't recall exactly what it was 47 maybe? I also pin daily no matter what I'm using just because I like to keep all my levels as steady as possible and don't mind sticking myself everyday.
