Very interesting...Kai is definitely a smart guy, I like how he breaks things down to the basics.

Needs to ditch the stupid hoodie, however, especially when he is cooking.

Another thing, his workout routine should NOT be followed by those wishing to put on size/build a base.

He is in the gym for 2 hours, doing lots of sets and 20 reps per. This program would result in over training for the typical bodybuilder, and would probably make them weaker, not stronger, even w/ gear.

For my last contest prep I alternated a 20 rep day w/ a heavy day. It was great for carving the last details in my body ( and I was also on about 2.5 k of gear) but not good for building a base of strength.

Very often, I see guys trying to emulate the programs of top pros. Kai is already walking around w/ 280 lbs on a five foot 8 inches frame, He also has tremendous genetics, especially his ability to keep such a small waist at his size. But kids should not try his routine at home,

I like the approach he takes to situations, despite the fact that I may not agree with everything he says. He's just a very down to earth guy.

Kai is probably my favorite pro bodybuilder. Even if he DID fuck a grapefruit.

I just cant get into these stupid vids anymore. Every one of them is the same shit, show you the guys supplements sitting on the counter, talk about how many hours/day he puts into it, blah blah blah. What they need to tell you is how he takes 20iu/day of GH and 3 grams/wk of testosterone, and without that you'll never be able to compete with him. Everything in these videos is shit we already know, yea yea, sacrifice, determination, we get it

Don't you think it's a sacrifice to use that much product? Pros train their asses off.
