Someone told me about a product called Digest All. I haven't tried it, but just ordered it.
 
I'm a once a day guy.doesnt matter the volume of food.
I will tell you when I eat big, damm that once a day sucks it hurts so bad lol

Lotta people and family I know have either fucked up their lives, overdosed or died....and my uncle was shot 6 times in the head over a heroin deal gone wrong.
 
I poop twice a day and it's like clockwork. First appointment is always 9 o'clock and afternoon appointment is always at 4:30.

I usually average 7-8 squeeze rings per turd..I know, I know buffalo turds

lol i dont want to be on them. I did dope and now take subs to not withdraw and still stuck on them. I dont do them recreationally.

Oh ok I see....Yeah they are bad too. My sister and her fiance have been on them for almost 8 years....shit is still the devil. Well, I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I still have friends that I watch shoot dope and coke....sometimes together. On a daily basis....do you bro.
 
I was on a higher calorie plan of about 4500-5000/day and was pooping "on the daily" roughly 5x/day.*at 210-214lbs

Now that I am back to around 3000+cal I am at about 3x/day very regular.

I'm only 5'5" and float between 205-210lbs (current) which is why I am not eating as much as many others on here may.

If I don't dump a min of twice a day...something is up!

Train for purpose and stay healthy!
