I don't know how you guys do it. So this is my second cycle and I am running test, deca, and Kickstarted w/tbol. Anyways I am taking my diet much more serious this time around and I have been eating heavy, 5000+ calories. Anyways my biggest problem I am having is the shitting two to three times a day. My asshole has been getting raw (insert gay pun here) from the extra shitting. I've always had a sensitive stomach to begin with but this diet has been tough. Not to mention this summers been brutally hot, and I work outside a lot. How do you guys do it?
