I don't know how you guys do it. So this is my second cycle and I am running test, deca, and Kickstarted w/tbol. Anyways I am taking my diet much more serious this time around and I have been eating heavy, 5000+ calories. Anyways my biggest problem I am having is the shitting two to three times a day. My asshole has been getting raw (insert gay pun here) from the extra shitting. I've always had a sensitive stomach to begin with but this diet has been tough. Not to mention this summers been brutally hot, and I work outside a lot. How do you guys do it?
 
Body has to get use to the calories man. I never recommend going straight from say 3k to 5k. Work your way up. Usually I do 6k a day and Im fine. But once I did 10k as a challenge here and thought my colon was mad at me.

But give it time and your body will adjust.
 
Psyllium husk fiber. 1 tbsp 2-3 times daily and you will not have an issue. Also if its raw go get yourself some zinc oxide cream from the pharmacy (you can get it OTC) and apply youll be good as new in a day or two.

Up that fiber man.
 
Please tell me you're not using toilet paper. If you are switch to flushable wipes, they're like baby wipes but they flush and break apart so they don't clog your toilet.

Edit: Buy a travel pack and put it in your bag

I used to use those when I lived in a city with a sewer system, but now I have a septic system. Those things wreak havoc on them, even the ones that say that they're septic system safe.

That sucks man.Between rubbing sand paper on your butt and not accually having a clean but hole you're doing double damage. No possible way to get poop residue of your butt with toilet paper, so 3 times a day dry paper on your hole and then poop residue all bad. Buy a bidet, it washes you.
