Anybody wanna guess my body fat % in both? First one was before quarantine. Really makin me wish I would have followed the at home workout trend. I heard its best to start a bulk between 10 & 15% body fat, and I'm sure I'm over.

Unpopular opinion
But I've bulked while fatter.

TBH however, unless you have some terrible genetics, you could definitely do some awesome work on your physique naturally.

If I was in your exact position....
I would start a recomp at a 200 calorie surplus and hit the weights hard for 6 months.
You'll make some crazy gains.

If you are really set on PEDs, (Which if we are being honest, we all are)
Throw in a little GH to help with the recomp and watch your physique transform at a serious pace with a great training plan and some hella hard work.

You're not FAT though, just had s fee too many cheesecakes, we are all guilty of that lol.

I can't see legs, but since you're covering them I'm going to just assume they're not your best body parts. In the second picture I'd personally guestimate you at 20% with that factored in.
