Hey wondering if anyone can chime in give me there thoughts on this. My buddy is taking 500mgs Test E a week. Imo it's kind low of a response.

Pretty low yeah. I’m close to that on 250 Test-C.
If that’s natural IGF though pretty amazing (or he’s got a pituitary tumor). Since IGF-1 increases androgen receptors in muscle it’s effectively like having much higher levels of Testosterone.

Nothing wrong with those numbers honestly, yeah a little low , could just be underdosed Test

That IGF is an ideal place to be for safe, indefinite long term use. Equivalent to top 1% of healthy males same age.
May recommend he checks thyroid since T4 is often driven low with high IGF-1 and limiting metabolism.
