Just curious thoughts on this. 4 weeks into first cycle 250 test e per week split into every other day shallow im pins 1.5mg reta and .25 arimidex on pin days. Also 1mg dutasteride/5mg cialis daily. Expected a better response from 250. Will my levels continue to go up towards weeks 6-8 or is this my peak? Any responses much appreciated!

Your numbers look real good. Total T will peak between 6-8 weeks. Was that trough for your labs? You pin EOD so the morning before you pin?
I plotted 250mg Test E EOD for 12 weeks. You’ll notice around week 7 or 8 it peaks. These plotters are just estimates but you get the picture.

Those are perfectly normal numbers.
For practical purposes, your 5th pin (4 weeks in) is within a few points of your peak. After that, it's a very slow taper to the actual (minimally increased) peak at week 8.

This was a few hours after pinning. The day after my first pin of 70mg i got bloodwork and i had 1060 test, 170 free t, 250 igf, and 43 e2 which is why i was surprised it barely went up in 4 weeks. Especially my igf that barely budged. Also to be clear I’m doing 250 weekly not 250 eod so 70 eod roughly

I understood. I plotted 250 a week on an EOD schedule. I’d retest at 8 weeks on the morning before your injection. It is odd that you got labs after pinning and it came in lower than usual.
