Stats: 27, 6’2, 265, 34% bf by Dexa Scan.
My blood pressure averages 118/90 with a bpm of 80.

I know this website is primarily American so the measurements are likely different from that is typical here. I converted my test markers as follows:
Total: 372 ng/dl
Free: 19.735 ng/dl

My body weight is continuing to go down progressively, I was roughly 320 April last year. I do a combination of HIIT cardio and weight training (very low weight, working on mobility and controlled form, pausing on compound movements) and kickboxing combined for 6-8 hours weekly. I do a combination of fasting along side a vertical diet, as well as moderate supplementation.

Medications currently: Pristiq 50mg, Wellbutrin 150mg, Amlodipine 5mg (started after bloodwork for Raynauds), and Finasteride at 1.25mg.

I know my weight is going to be a major factor in my markers. Just looking for any other insight as to what else could be done to either improve upon some of these, or what else could possibly be done.

Doctors taking new patients in my province are very hard to come by, and the doctor I’m currently with refuses to do anything testosterone/estrogen related for whatever reason.
