Would it be wise to take blood thinners/anticoagulants while on steroids?
Medicines that stop blood from clotting, preventing dangerous clots that cause heart attacks, strokes, or deep vein thrombosis.
Like Eliquis etc... ?

no. This is stupid and dangerous. Donate blood, supplement iron if needed, keep cbc in range

Absolutely not. Those drugs are notorious for horrific side effects that would vastly outweigh benefit for even a bodybuilder, and possibly ESPECIALLY for a body builder.

Got to watch a close family member who was the picture of health and vigor slowly lose themselves as brain bleeds caused by eliquis (taken for afib) robbed them of their humanity. Ended up dying 9 months later unable to speak, drooling, as a barely recognizable skeleton. And this was for someone that statistically, NEEDED the medication.

Not saying they don’t have their place, but you are risking yourself prematurely turning into a vegetable popping a brain bleed while squatting for a theoretical benefit that you can almost entirely prevent by proper HCT, blood pressure, and lipid management. Don’t fuck around with blood thinners like we do with most ancillaries, they are not equivalent.

nothing wrong with a baby aspirin every day. wouldn't take anything else.
