Blood Pressure

Yea not sure if it’s the amlodipine or telimisartan. But I did cardio and added in the telimisartan. So 30 mg telimisartan. 5mg amlodipine. Today my lowest reading was 128/80. Highest was 142/88. So I sit down with feet flat. Palms down. Arms slightly below chest. And do each arm a few times. My first is sometimes high because I have to over come the “fear of the cuff” lmao. I have white coat bad. Few surgeries. But yea. Going to try my best to sleep well this week hit the cardio. And keep diet clean. If I can hit a 120/70 I’ll stay on the medicine for life lmao
It seems to me (I'm not sure) that perhaps you are making a mistake when measuring the pressure.
I use the electronic version. I sit down, wait for 5-10 minutes, completely calm, breathe calmly and slowly. And then I start measuring the pressure. You can't measure the pressure after eating. I put my elbow at chest level (in the direction of the heart)
I switched to telmisartan 40 at bedtime and am completely happy.

I could be. I have an electric version as well I sit down and wait a few mins to calm. Feet flat. Arms on table. Palms down. Slightly below chest level. This is pre meal as well. I don’t know what you mean by in the direction of your heart. I check one arm then the other. Then wait a few mins then repeat. Then wait a few mins and repeat. I pick the worse number. Usually the first one is the worse lol

My gf of 10 years is a nurse. She says I’m doing it right. But you know those “medical” people. Lmao jk

Did you buy telmisartan pct india or ugl?

Bought it from Stan. I also have a script somewhere that I never filled for 40mg I think. Along with metoprolol, just never filled them.

So currently ugl
Try changing it to India.
Ghoul said that pharmaceutical telmisartan is more resistant to moisture, and its packaging is more protective against impacts.
What are your blood counts such as red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit and platelets? Your estradiol level?

Yes, Telm is one of that fastest degrading drugs when exposed to humidity and oxygen. My pharmacy delivers a 90 day supply as 3 x 30 count sealed manufacturer's bottles because they're not supposed to open them and pour them into a single bottle low they do with other meds.

I wouldn't recommend UGL Telm.

Most Insurances cover Telmi fully and pharma generics have become dirt cheap too and on meds like this i wouldnt go down the cheap route honestly

Check out this quiz for pharmacists that happens to include Telm storage:

India pharma really does it best, packaging Telm in this all aluminum blister, protecting each dose from air/moisture/light until immediately prior to use:

A box of 10 strips, 150 tablets, is under $15

Got it. I mean what I'm using is working. I'll get it from my dr. He will prescribe it. I haven't done bloods in a while. Usually I have higher hemoglobin depending on what I'm running. But right now I'm cooling down so 200 test 2iu gh. I'm going to get bloods done sometime start of May

My blood test showed the same thing, high hemoglobin and hematocrit. I am already using nattokinase and curcumin. it seemed to me (there is scientific evidence) that my red blood cells did not increase thanks to telmisartan. I will go on Monday to check my indicators. my advice to you is to reduce testosterone and remove growth hormone, I think the high dosage of the test and the presence of growth hormone worsen your tests.

I’m on both of those as well (hellos leviathan). Honestly tho I usually test fine on test and growth as long as my test is below 300mg and gh below 3iu. It’s when I add primo or eq my hemoglobin goes to like 18-20. But after a donation and a round of low dose for 12 weeks I come back to 14ish. I know my hemoglobin will test high right now because I was just on some primo few weeks ago. So I’m giving myself a few weeks before I do bloods. My bp today was 130/77 was the best reading. The worse was 135/82. So it’s coming down. Just the extra cardio and telimisartan has helped a lot. I’m I will get bloods soon. I used to do them monthly. I have old logs but honestly I’m to busy for that monthly shit right now. I ussually get them after/during a cruise. And then at the end of a blast to see the damage. But not planning on blasting again for a while. Once I have my health in check I’m going to be hitting the pregnancy protocol next. It’s that time lmao.

I hope you successfully lower your blood pressure and your blood markers will return. I started taking nattokinase 4000 in the morning and 4000 in the evening. Yes, Primo lowers my E2 but it also increased my hemoglobin and hematocrit. I will be 41 and for me now the best option will be to only use testosterone, maximum 100 per week. I am in great physical shape and so this will be enough for me to live.

Thanks Ghoul! This is very good information as I bought the 80mg ones and I was planning to split them in two in advance and put them into a weekly dosage container. Do you think I can still split one and keep it safe till next day? I was reading that probably 1-2 days in a dry environment could still be safe but want to hear your input.

In tablet form I don't think there's much concern of significant degradation in a single day, even after splitting. But I wouldn't split a bunch in advance.

I got Cilnidipine in from India.
I grabbed 150 tablets, all nicely blister packed. From what I can tell, should be about 2 weeks before full impact combined with telemarstin
