Blood Letting Like A Boss

Does anyone have any input on blood letting for EQ? I always here you do it with long and strong EQ runs, but I've also read people saying there's no proof EQ raises hemocrit more than anyways else. If I get blood tests at 3/4 weeks in the EQ probably wouldn't have built up enough to give me an accurate reading of if my hemocrit is good or bad right?
With test and 1500mg Eq I didn't see a raise any more significant than with regular test and deca at the 8wk mark

What was you running your test at lifesmart I'm running my nanogram along with my EQ and I'm about three or four weeks in right now. I figured it was from.the EQ since i heard its notorious for raising your blodpressure

It was
1000mg test
1500mg eq
300npp
I just wanted to see for myself what high dose Eq would do. Checked my h&h weekly, and blood pressure a couple times a week. Nothing abnormal came up

There's a good thread on this here. Perrin is in it and so am I. I have a linked list of equip and process. If you can't find and decide to go this route just PM me.

I've gotten to the point where I don't spill a single drop and absolutely no bruising. Far better than even the pros at the phlebotomy clinic. Like a fucking boss. I'm actually impressed with myself. Will likely do this later today or tonight.

What section is that thread in Ive never seen it. @Skull Looks like you've gotten pretty ripped from the last time I saw you big guy.

That is almost my complete blast right down to a t except I'm running 3 iu's of growth at the moment

Does anyone know of the best kit to buy for self-blood-letting?
Search up on atc medical. Another option is to have someone start an IV and , tourniquet above it and let it drain into a cup. Could target 300ml. Having a nurse do it would be best. It's a very simple procedure

Its gotta be done...either that or let it thinkin up an possibly suffer and/or Die from a Stroke.....i dnt want that. Ive got to many more gains to be made than to go out all early an shit. Fuck im jus now gettin to be in my prime lol
Keep it up, life is great :)

I couldn't figure it out and wasn't able to search engine instructions I put it in the garbage after attempting to use it, it was a 16 gauge
blood pressure cuff. keep 20-30mmhg above your systolic above the site where you stuck the needle(closer to your body than the needle).

Are you trying to do it yourself? Do you know how to start an IV?

I did it myself. It's not that hard, especially if you have big veins. The trick is to stab in there pretty quickly. If you are squeamish and try to do it slowly (which you probably will the first time), it makes a mess as the blood flows around the angled (beveled) point in the needle.

The needle is special. It has a bevel and an additional hole in the side for extra flow (or at least that is what I think it is for).

You have to stab that puppy into the vein pretty quickly, then no mess.

Go in at an angle, and then straighten it to follow the direction of the vein, then tape the tube down, then let it flow.

Yeah something to put a little pressure on the upper arm helps get things started.

That's exactly how my friend described it to me when I did it to myself for the first time and didn't know how to do it.
