Because the goods haven't arrived after three days? Due to delays, high order volumes. He's obviously trying everything to get you your stuff, he answers many questions every time, and there are also missing broadcasts. so scammers behave differently.

You're not ordering from Lieferando or Amazon here. Apparently, many people forget that they're ordering aas.

Im waiting since 17 days and 2 of my friends ordered on the same day since 15d. Why are you protecting him so much, is it a problem when someone(a lot more than 5, a lot more than just me and my friends) has a bad experience with your lovliest seller? Do you also protect your favorite brand on amazon if there is a bad review? As i told @blitschnell before, there is a huge difference from "i have a problem i need some time" to "i just created Postcodes but didnt sent it yet = shipped yesterday". Can i ask you why you quote me 2 times now? If youre his lawyer than kick his ass so people recive there orders.
 
It’s EU domestic, so shipping should normally be fast. especially when you advertise fast delivery.
If you’re unable to process orders quickly because you’re moving stock from one warehouse to another, then just communicate that clearly. You could simply post that all orders placed from [date] until the stock is fully transferred to the new warehouse will experience delays.

That kind of transparency would be appreciated and would avoid confusion.

After being told my order was not shipped due to being stuck on customs on the way to German warehouse to eventually being told my order was shipped already since day 18, I got a notification from polish DPD that my order was in fact only dropped off at pickup point 10 minutes ago and is coming from Poland? When I am being told completely different things from blitz, did 2 orders so far and both of them went completely wrong, first order I got sent something that I didn’t order and the package was ripped apart you could see the contents inside thanks god they did not forget to mask the items with some random stuff now my 2nd order I am being lied to for 20 days now , I even asked for refund and he refused
 
I have just received a shipment from Blitzshnell, but unfortunately, it is incomplete. One of the items I ordered is missing.
In light of the above, I think the best solution would be for the seller to send the missing product ASAP.
An email with the order details has been sent to the seller.
