You don't fix them by putting your faith in a leader. You never trust any man or women. We shouldn't even have a president as no one can be trusted to hold that much power, and we need very short terms for everyone involved in politics and all aspects of national and local law. All laws should reset to zero every 5 years, forcing people to go through a long painful and arduous process of reenacting them.

No judge should be able to enforce the law until they can recite verbatim the tens of thousands of pages of laws from memory, if they miss even a single word, they are removed from the bench. And this must be done every year to renew their membership to the bar association...can't do it, get another job.

No one wants to leave their country. The other problem is that most Americans are woefully unprepared and unskilled to be any use to most western nations outside of the United States. Try moving to Sweden; unless you're wicked smart or have millions, they'll tell you to piss off.

I don't even think most Americans could move to Canada, very few of us speak French. I'd be surprised if Mexico even wants us either. So much for American exceptionalism crap we're fed 24/7.

I apparently am not in a place to watch the video due to signal, but again, genuine punk shows back in the 80’s didn’t go around trashing places. They kept it at the venues and even then they didn’t trash the venues. How recent was this? And why the hell was Denny’s hosting a punk show?

When I graduated and smoked one last fatty with them and asked what would happen to them if they partied like this in their country they said they'd be killed. Went right over my head.

So something happened to these young lads to radicalize them. Even Americans that get into this stuff hardcore close themselves off and become uptight.
