Hi Gents

I’ve been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for a while now, and I’m currently running 200mg of testosterone per week.

I’m mainly looking to improve endurance and strength to support my training. Do you have any recommendations on what would work best for these goals?

EQ and turinabol would be a good easy combo for combat/bjj endurance from EQ some decent strength from turinabol
 
What dosages you normally run?
im currently in a fight camp for a K1 fight, im running 200Mg of Test E and 50mg of turinabol split twice a day, once in morning sesh for strength and conditioning and one before stand-up class. wanted EQ but my boy primal was out and dont trust much others rn lol. so just went with TEST/turinabol for this fight but 3-4 weeks already and see some strength gains on the weights and in sparring.

Sorry to bring this back but I’ve also been looking into turinabol for this reason. What are the main concerns to look out for when adding that in?

biggest prob would be liver toxicity because its an oral but sticking to a cycle and dose will keep that fine and if you take liver support supps youll be good, other would be cholestrol but other than those two its mild especially if your running test with it. if not running test it can lower test too

How do you time your cycle for your fight? Will you run it all the way up to it?

Did you have any issues with shin or back pumps? Turinabol made running almost impossible for me with insane shin-pumps.
 
All the older BJJ dudes I rolled with just did higher end TRT like 200-250mg of Test, maybe a lil Deca for joints and sometimes a little Anavar. Anything more than that makes it tough to roll with any intensity without pumping out. Especially in the gi, your forearms and hands will pump into claws if you are running much more than "sports TRT".

3-5g of Taurine before practice is a life saver.
 
While im new to anything outside of TRT/Test use, ive heard good things about Anavar as a pre workout and for joint strength which as a fellow BJJ competitor i find to be attractive, Proviron for increased free test sounds appealing as well. i would think the goal is to get the most benefit without the bulking since we would want to keep our weight low
