I just signed up with cex.io $500 daily limit. More than I would need, just validated my debit card. Lower fees, bitstamp fees are a bit steep.

Bitstamp is right around 10% transaction fee I think. [emoji33]
Cex.io is 3.25% plus .2% for total purchases less than 20k per month.

Just dont keep any of your bitcoin on the exchanges, transfer to a wallet you controll.

One last bit of advice for bitstamp or cex.io. they want you to upload pics/images at 300dpi, your camera takes pics at 72dpi. To convert, download free program "gimp" to your computer then google how to convert image to 300dpi using gimp. This will help you when submitting your images.
