i personal just ordered from getm. and bitcoin was on other options since i hate going to a western union i decided to go with bitcoin took about 15 min mostly trying to find a exchange that takes credit or debit. its pretty simple you just got to read the exchange policy on their rates min took about 2% from me so i had to buy $20 worth of bitcoin to send but for the convenience and security factors. i believe this has to b the best just buy bitcoin right before the transaction to avoid fluctuations in the market. i ended up using coin.mx or something i forget it was late at night. i highly recommend this form payment. pretty much you have a wallet witch is just a series of letters and numbers and you send it to another series of letters and numbers. If you decide to buy bitcoin and hold on to it or you have extra send it to a usb storage or cd just in case of hackers
