I thought he seemed like someone with low T. Poor recall is a sign of low androgens. He looks frail, he looks like someone that would benefit from some of that stuff he helped make schedule III.
 
My Uncle spent plenty of time in those bathhouses back in the 70's and 80's, caught HIV in the early 80's, died of AIDS in the early 90's and he never looked like Biden.

It is now being reported that Trump and Biden were asked to submit to having their ears checked for devices prior to the debate tonight.

Apparently Trump said yes, no problem, while Biden has refused.
