It just takes time, BG is receiving 100s of orders a week.

Not getting a reply for over a week to your email is unacceptable in my opinion. It takes 5 minutes to just give a quick update and the customer would know what to expect.

Its not that hard to give a quick or small update on here or on the email.

I've ordered a medication needed for my friends wife due to breast feeding the child she does not produce enough milk its kind of important to know what we can expect....

A benefit of a forum like this is if you read the last few pages, you'd see this source has slow comms in general

I've never gotten a "quick update" but my packs have always landed

That's how it works with some sources, and it's usually obvious in their thread (like in this case)

No reply for 10 days is not slow communication brother it is no communication at all lets be real.

If there was an alternative to him I would go elsewhere. Its not about the money but its a time thing.

Can you please check tracking for order 24387. It has been stuck at the same USPS distribution center for 3 weeks. I think it already passed customs but not sure.

The tracking updated a ton of times to say arrived at usps facility but it's at the same location after 3 weeks
