I placed order #23386 on May 24 and it is currently "processing". My previous orders have usually gone from processing to shipped in a much shorter time frame.

I was wondering if there's some issue?

now bg it's on hold, it didn't say the exact return date, it could be 7 days or 14, but I think that since it's on hold if you put the old order in the notes with the same data there's no problem

Most of the times I catch two orders with the same names and I send them in one package if I think it is a good idea. And I read all the email, I just don't reply to questions about tracking.
