BG pharmaceutical drugs

Sent you many discord messages. I don't really care about the refund, but others might. Just tighten up on customer service and comms. If you don’t monitor the discord, you should let people know that.
I rarely check discord yes. Email is the only support channel I use.
 
He shipps orders fast when everything is in stock. Placed an order two days ago and got tracking for it yesterday for nebi and statin.
Orders that take longer are for medication not sold often or what he does not have in hand. It’s always a pleasure to deal with him
 
Have placed several orders with BG over the years so I wanna give my feedback.

The good stuff: great selection, quality products, and fair pricing. Packages always arrive.

The bad stuff: 0/0 comms, messages go ignored for weeks/forever. Several orders were missing items I ordered and when I brought up to BG, I just get ignored. No warning given prior to shipment if items were out of stock. No return of funds for missing items. Orders take too long to ship out (have waited over 10 days on one occasion).

Overall, a source I might still use but customer service is terrible.
Just to update everyone, BG did contact me once he saw my post and offered a refund for the missing item. I don't really care about the $, but wanted to provide everyone an update for full disclosure. Will do business again.
 
Seems like it does not matter what is on the website, because it does not mean it is in stock. Just experienced it myself. Ordered, heard nothing for like 3 weeks !!! and still not shipped or answer how to solve it.
