Best recommendation for Combat sports

So i regularly train BJJ and occasionally boxing/kickboxing and i am wondering what else besides TRT is recommended, and why so i can understand the thought process. What side effects if any should i be aware of? I wonder if anything will make me even more flexible than i am or help my anaerobic cardio abilities even more. We do always say more mat time is the best training possible but i do plan to start lifting some weights soon though im fairly strong for a guy in my weight class, just not jacked/shredded or any of that.

My primary dr put me on a low dose of TRT then i went to a specialist who put me on a higher dose, but im splitting the difference on the dosage for now and things have been pretty good. just curious what would be the best compliments since most leagues in my sport do not test for PED's and some tacitly approve

hgh for recovery will probably give u the most benefits

low dose trt
low dose anavar or tbol (higher dose give cramps) pre-workout
injectable TNE pre-workout
EPO (oral or injectable)

guess its just gonna be more stretches for me lol. but since im 42, might need to get my HGH tested and see if that is warranted. i did take some interest in anavar but only some, more curious than anything else

You should stay away from EPO.

For me, I am trying to achieve a few things when I design a stack (master bjj athlete as well)
1. Total mg dosage, your performance on the mat will degrade at a certain threshold. I can’t tell you what yours is but mine is about 750.
2. Estrogen management, keeping e2 in range for you. This becomes the tricky part because of the total mg load.
3. Mood/mental sides, being in a good mood is critical in my opinion.

So here is how you go about figuring all of this info out. Start out by understanding how you aromatize. Once you have figured out your E2 response you need to try different PEDs and see how you respond to them in relation to the above guidelines. Then try combos and adjust ratios. You will find your max load during this part. My cardio takes a significant hit and I am much slower at processing information.

You will probably not be able to run some of the big cycles you see on here, or if you do I would suggest making it a block of training dedicated to hypertrophy. Truth is you don’t need to, bjj will not make you big. You want time on the mat and a well constructed cycle will keep you recovering and not destroy your bloods so that you can train your ass off and developing skills.

I would not run orals as part of your cycle. You will overtrain yourself SUPER fast. Orals make you stronger right now, if you go into class and train as hard as you can every day, how long do you thing that will last? That being said, that is exactly how I used them, when I am overtrained and need to finish the work for the week, I add in Tbol, anadrol, or Dbol depending on my E2 at the time. I dont think cramps will be a problem. Cramps are from carbs and water being driven into the muscles. Idk about you but I have lost 10lbs of water at a 2 hr open mat. I could be wrong but I think that is why I don’t get them. Anyway when you start reaching for orals on a Monday, it is time for a mandatory deload. I learned that lesson the hard way.

Minimal Nandrolone for the joints, Eq for work capacity, & e2 control to cover test dose, would need to remove if water cut is necessary

The most anabolic thing would be

Don't do combat sports

It's ok if you improve

You get an overzealous training partner, there go your joints

I remember seeing a group a few weeks ago promoting their yt

Their bodies look wrecked. Bent necks, uneven shoulders.

Strikers have better bods but the face omg
