Do you guys know what is best for ligaments/joints? Cause if there is a steroid version of that, I am going to live on it.

Yes, Deca. I don't know how it works, probably has anti inflammatory properties, Xtra water....

About 100 mg a week is a good start, personally I wouldn't touch it without Test being 2x that.

Just being on trt, I'm the same age as you, I use to dial in my ai a little too much is my thought. I switched to e3d aromasin and raised my values up some, according to bloods, and it helped with my joints.
Thanks for the advice. My problem may be related to me pushing too far from my estrogen. Going to maybe get off of my blocker and see how the results go

I know of no steroids' or anything else that has been shown it real world situations to cause collagen, tendon growth to any noticeable degree. If there was guys wouldn't be getting injured or wearing their joints out as they lift over the years. Most studies are all done in vitro. Good nutrition, form and exercise choice will most likely get you farther down the road to joint health. Every person i know that has lifted heavy for 10 or 20 years has issues. That is just part of the game sadly enough.

Really? Higher estrogen? Interesting. Whyso?
Higher estrogen levels are associated with a greater degree of tendon laxity

Bpc157 & gh & tb500…. Plus as stayed before no more bro science let ur estrogen creep up a bit… maybe some cissus ?

I'm currently using Anavar (10mg/day), Primo (10mg/day subq) for collagen synthesis. I'm also on 1iu of hgh per day for the same purpose. I did some research on collagen synthesis and found many different opinions and studies. Some say it is bro science, but there are also some animal researchs that supports this. I have also watched a video from fitness youtuber about this, but i don't know if it is okay to mention his name here.

Besides this, i am also taking some otc supplements:
-vitamin D (5000iu/day)
-vitamin C (1000-2000iu/day)
-Collagen (20g/day)
-Collagen type II (40mg/day)
-magnesium (1000mg/day)
-zinc (25mg/day)
-boswellia (600mg/day)
-curcumin (900mg/day)

Not claiming anything, these are all information i found in my reasearch, and i decided to try this protocol. I'm 2 months in, and my shoulder pain got better a lot. I also feel less stiffnes in my joints and they feel more flexible. I'll continue for 4 more months and see where it gets me.

Oh, and i also take testosterone and hcg with this protocol. 175mg of test and 750iu hcg/week. I am administering 25mg of test every day subq and hcg 250iu three times a week.

omegas, msm, some older folks say collagen really helped them however I think if eat enough meat shouldn't notice too much from that. probiotics are good for inflammation. vitamin K can help put calcium were it needs to be aswell.

I would say in general mega dosing should be avoided.. think more info will be coming out on this in coming years but unless deficient no purpose and may cause harm ie mega dose of harmless vitamin C can increase absorption of iron which of course is a potent OXIDANT so bit of a paradox, take something for antioxidant properties but may actually be causing more oxidation or at least some..

I know I say this alot but I think future will be cycling vitamins ie 5000iu vitamin D is probably too high if eat good and alot of eggs and outside alot. but perhaps that dose 2-3X a week if live in dark place during winter and taken with vitamin K to help not cause calcium build up in your arteries.

2 IU HGH is the best my joints have felt and my joints ain't even bad. I was dive bombing 440 on squats completely ass to grass without issue. Today I can't divebomb like that and it doesn't feel super safe to go that deep anymore.

I have tendonitis / De Quervain in one of my wrist and nothing really helped, no HGH injected directly into the tendon, no BPC injected directly into the tendon.

What helped was a Cortisone injection and then just waiting and no more dumbbells. Now, a year later there is still pain if I move the hand in a certain way but it is much better and the "hole" which was there seem to have healed as well. So, the best thing for serious injury is unfortunately only time.

Hgh
Glucosamine + Condroitin
Bpc157 250mcg eod at the problem joint.

I swear by it now after struggling with both my knees.

Yes, time is definitely best for healing injuries. But what do you gentelmen think would be the best stack for joint health that you can take year-round, steroids and otc supplemetns?
