I’m juggling uni + part time work + training, and I’m looking for something that helps with mental clarity, motivation, and energy because i been feeling drained ngl and no stimulants, they fucked up my brain further.

Curious what’s actually worked for you if you relate?

SELANK and SEMAX are top 2 on my mind. Then Modafinil is great if you're sleep deprived and supposedly great for neuroprotection.
Vitamin B-Complex might help with energy.
Bad recommendation but nicotine pouches.

No long ago I was in a similar position to you. Studies + work + training. It's tough and you gotta power through it, those that I listed helped the most.

Thank you borother i will experiment with them

Plain old Piracetam was good, but I needed a lot of it. Just don't go down the rabbit hole like that one guy I can't remember... sad story. The fact I can't remember should tell you I am not on Piracetam at the moment.

It bugged me enough I had to Google it. Isochroma was his name. In case anyone is curious, his story deserves a good read. I added it as "code" so Xen doesn't do that media expansion thing.

I would be carefull with racetams. Never liked them because its so easy to overdo them. Take too much and the choline increase will result in bad mood, concentration and focus.

Better stick to 1500mg of CDP-Choline, its way harder to overdose

I didn't experiment with any other racetams, especially the stimulatory ones. I found Piracetam to be a reliable, clean effect-producing substance. It wasn't a profound or "Limitless" experience, but it definitely added a good edge to mental energy and sharpness. I did experiment with mega doses based off Isochroma's work and found that it at those higher doses, mania could definitely be induced. But I found most value in the 10g range (technically 9.6g), 3.2g three times a day, and overall stayed away from those higher doses... even though some might consider 9.6g a day higher. The lower doses just did not move the needle for me. I also did supplement with CDP-Choline because you pretty much have to with it. I haven't used it in years, mainly because for a while it got hard to source. Not sure if things ever got better; I haven't looked. I think it's one of those things now, like sleep aids, customs will confiscate without hesitation.

I tried a lot of things during that time.. NSI-189, Memantine, and a lot of injectables and inhalants that were offered by the old Ceretropic (P21, Selank, Semax, etc.). Even tried intranasal insulin. I really didn't experience any kind of benefit from anything aside from Piracetam.

Dihexa is the most controversial and experimental cognitive enhancer out there by far.

But Selank/Semax combo seems promising because you’ll also get anti-anxiety effects.

I have yet to try the latter, but I have been messing around with 5MG Dihexa capsules, they say to take it sublingually due to poor bioavailability but I have just taken it regularly.

I previously just took Lion’s Mane.

Armodafinil is surprisingly effective, but it’s a wakefulness promoting agent, not a cognitive enhancer.

Of course you also have basic nutrients that people forget about
- form of magnesium that crosses the blood brain barrier / magnesium theonate
- form of choline that crosses the blood brain barrier / alpha gpc
- form of l-carnitine that crosses the blood brain barrier / acetyl-l-carnitine

probably a lot of other methods such as “natural” GABA enhancement with l-theanine & taurine, etc.

it’s a whole rabbit hole and that’s why i am experimenting with dihexa, to skip to the supposed “best of the best by far” - (although it’s only one of many mechanisms of actions, it’s theorized that dihexa promotes synapses, not necessarily neurons.

I remember trying Dihexa. I was using a DMSO solution I'd slather on my thighs. Dosing was undeniably inconsistent, and it slowed my cognition down so much I eventually dropped it while I had the intelligence left to consider it. Took a few months for me to return to baseline stupidity. I was probably getting too much.
