Best "Over The Counter" Suplements?

I don't think there is any supplement no lifter should be without, but here's my list.

Cutting:
E/C stack
Sesathin
Something to control post-prandial gylcemia (ie vineager, R-ala, etc)
BCAAs

Bulking:
Creatine (also while cutting)
BCAAs
maybe activate or ATD in moderation

Any time:
A good pre-workout stim

You can get the pure form of the supp you want in bulk much cheaper than paying for a brand name with a bunch of cheap, impotent garbage thrown in the mix for marketing effect.

Example: buy creatine monohydrate and dextrose instead of Cell-Tech.

Also, IMHO, anyone serious about lifting & overall health should take:

a strong multi-vitamin/mineral
6-12 grams of fish oil caps (rich in healthy fats)
at least 2.5 liters of water

Everyday. :)
 
What does fish oil do for you???

What are the benefits of fish oil??? I'm trying my best to learn what's best for me ...... Thanks guyz...........sorry for being a noob............

by cutting, do you mean cutting fat?

DHEAS just a precursor too andro and testosterone. I dont see how that onedidnt got banned like andro did. Its just like it in a way. A waste of money if ya ask me just take protein good multi and youd be on your way without the DHEA use and there side effects which are lame. Bush is dumb from banning them all anyway athletes will still continue on using them. Theres such a thing and a place called the "Black Market Nutrition" out there ya know? Called, "The Streets."

I see so many brands on the market... for instance take Creatine... There must be 50 or more different brands of creatine to choose from.
What in your opinion are the brands to buy and the brands to stay away from?
Also, what is a BCAA? E/C stack, sesathin? I'm sorry, I'm still in the learing stage.

Why good fish oil? Good oils have the raw ingredients for your sex hormones. You are what you eat, so eat good fats/oils so that your body can make natural roids for you without clogging your arteries.

If creatine is good for bulking, how many capsules should you take and how often. Ive just been takin 3 before a workout and 3 after beacause thats what it says on the tub. Is this good for bulking anyone?
 
can someone tell me the purpose of creatine please? what it does exactly. I would appriciate any feedback at all very much:D
