It’s a violation of your privacy to post photos on some low-security forums due to the leak of meta data for sure. I have no idea, but someone can figure out your location based on photos sent on public websites pretty easily.

If you have android I would start by getting fdroid (like Google play/app store). Then installing image toolbox app from there.
Im sure apple store has apps that will remove exif data.
There are also websites that will remove exif data from an image you upload. Re-download clean img. Edit our personal info. (Use black inking not blurring)
Irl pics should have no landscape, fingerprints etc
I would do some reading on this forum. Use the search bar or just browse. If you want to truly learn to be safe online, reading is a must and a worthwhile time investment. Most ppl will tell you to use the search bar and to read.
