Best cutting diet plan ?more or less ?

diet wise: cutting for me is decreasing my carbs to 100-150g per day, and adding in good fats (as needed) to make me feel better/give some energy

I've tried almost every cutting diet, ime the best one is the one you can stay on without cheating
 
To add in:

If you are already eating clean and your training in on point, but you want to "cut up," try increasing cardio. Very simple approach but only works if your diet is already great.

For example, a day would be doing cardio in the morning and training later at night.
 
Absolutely! If youdont "have time" to do cardio, which quite frankly is bullshit, lol, you can always spare 4 minutes doing "Tabatas"
That is simply 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. 8 rounds for 4 minutes. Give 100% for 4 minutes. Do burpee box jumps or something during the 20 seconds. Studies show you can burn up to about 400 calories over the next few hrs from this, on top of what your BMR is already burning. Sucks, but embrace it. If it dont suck, it aint worth it lol
 
When I wanted to cut really fast from 105kg to 90ish. I woke up an hour earlier and did fasted HIIT cycling for 45 mins. I dropped the 15kg in about 2 months. It isn't the most desirable way but if you want it fast that certainly works.
 
I'm good on training looking for more food intake diet .
this is pretty much "taboo" here, but i practice intermittent fasting a la Lean Gains' program. I've been doing it for 4 years now and still love it! its great for cutting but even better for maintaining those results year round

I love intermittent fasting. Current cycle hasn't allowed though. I go hypo, and start getting ready to kill and eat coworkers.

But natty, or test only cutting, it's a great method.

you're on a test/tren and fst-7 cycle right? that hypo talk scares me cause ill be running that same cycle in a month or two and can't imagine dropping IF :eek:
