Best Creatine

By far from all the products I have found is V12 by Sans nutrition.
It is expensive but mixes nice and has a bunch of stuff like glutamine and other stuff.
It tasts good but if you mix it too strong it does not.

Im using these creatine caps done by Body Fortress and Im taking 3 before workout and 3 after just like it says on the tub. do you think this is adequate, cos it does'nt seem to make a difference were my energys concerned.

That kick from NOxplode will wear off in about 2 weeks and will turn into a waste of money but those 2 weeks can help alot with intensity in the gym. For creatine there is 1 company that makes 40% of the creatine supplements and each vendor just has them put "bells and whistles" in the creatine to make them different than each other. Just get creatine monohydrate because they all are going to do the same. Just my opinion from research and 5 years of bodybuilding.

Is Creatine worth the price or is it just a water retainer? as far as that goes is Whey Protien any good either?

I use Whey Protien Isolate by Biox, Am I wasting money on this stuff?

I don't understand when people say they retain water using creatine .. the water retained from creatine should be inside the muscle and not outside like waterweight from high E is .. It always been like that for me and yes creatine is worth it .. well good creatine is like when the Phosphagen 1st came out

What's the best creatine out now .. I haven't used it in a long time

The same one you used the last time: creatine monohydrate. There is no data showing any of the new wiz bang creatines, or the last batch of wiz bang creatines (creatine citrate anyone?) are superior to CM. The creatine market is saturated and there is little profit in CM, that's the major reason they are pushing other "improved" forms of creatine. Pretty much everything one could need to know about creatine here, and it's free:
