Best carbohydrate sources for a HCLF diet

For this bulk I'm going to opt for HCLF (high carb low fat) diet.

To be more specific, as far as macronutrients are concerned, I will go with 1g/lb of protein and 0.3g/lb of fats, so I can maximize my carb intake. It's a similar approach to what Patrick Tuor, and Dr. Mike Israetel utilize and preach.

I was wondering which pure and healthy carb sources with low protein & fat do you guys recommend?

P.S Before anyone recommends rice, I'm done with it, I have reached a point at which I'm not willing to consume more.
 
rice and rice products in general, bagels, pasta, cereals, fruit, berries, honey, some potato and oats. Intraworkout you can add some carbs.
