Wanting to learn as much quality information about bodybuilding style training as possible. Already ordered Arnold’s Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding and Westside Barbells Book of Methods for Benchpress (my bench is stuck at 275, I weight 192lbs)

I’ve been training with a bodybuilder for 4 years but don’t feel comfortable at all when I have to workout solo and structure a workout. I want to feel the opposite of that.

And suggestions I’m happy to receive! Books, podcasts, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, anything!

Thanks for the help everyone

Someone on here recommended John Jewett to me. His university, J3U is a great resource for learning how to set up training plans for yourself and clients. J3U is a little pricey, but he also has a free podcast that’s worth checking out
