Being sick during a middle of a cycle

Just got hit with sinus infection and body aches sometimes I get the chills but luckily no fever. However I'm in the middle of a cycle. Currently 10 weeks 200 test 250 DECA. Blood pressure is elevated. What do you guys recommend
 
Continue pinning as normal and rest as needed. If you're too unwell to train just stay home or go for a walk or something. I'm guessing your cycle is pretty long if you're using Deca so a couple weeks of low intensity or no training isn't going to be the end of the world.

Thanks bro. Training is definitely out of the question. I noticed also when your sick your BP goes up pretty high while your body if fighting off the virus it's pretty brutal and you can't eat because no appetite

Make sure you are taking in a lot of nutrition in the way of veggies and fruits. By doing that i tend to go years at a time without a day sick and recover from workouts very well.
