Beginner low cycle for health gains

Just do it and if you dont feel better in few months stop and do pct simple as that. Don't listen to clowns who say TRT is permament it is not you can stop whenever you want it just takes time to return to your pre-TRT levels.
As I got more testing done I don't even think a PCT will be helpful I am leaning towards this is for life because I am already bottom of the reference range with my FSH and LH well over range which means my testies are not making enough T for what my body is asking for, any shut down of my slow testicle function will likely never return me to a borderline level anyway.

I think I just need to accept that this is for life if I want to release myself of all my symptoms of low T as well.

What autoimmune condition do you have? Maybe you have few others that you don't know. You could have Hashimoto it is supper common now even amongst guys and altough it is not a dangerous desease you can suffer (in terms of fatigue, skin, test etc) without knowing. I'm 90% sure test is not the issue a lot of health issues are hard to diagnose today if you are not mega rich and don't do millions of labs. All of them could affect your health, skin, digestion/stool, depression etc

Psoriasis

Research by McKown and Higgins showed that TRT improved both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in hypogonadal males, with 75% of patients in a small group experiencing ≥50% decreases in swollen joint counts.

A prospective study of 347 hypogonadal men found that in a subgroup of 15 men with psoriasis, testosterone administration led to "considerable" improvement in skin disease. Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) scores improved significantly over the first 24 months and were sustained thereafter

You wont regret it dude, trust me.

Also did I read this correctly, 0 carbs?

I reintroduced vegetables and my joints flared up after a few weeks.
Have tried many diets over the years, vegan, paleo, Mediterranean, keto, carnivore and the strict one I am on now seems to work best for my joints.

I don't get the discipline part, I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I go to bed the exact same time, I eat 0 sugar or junk food, never get take away, if I do eat out only ever at a steak place. I thought I was doing all the right things and yes I would eat vegetables and stuff but my joints get inflamed which I have not sorted out so I am stuck on a meat only diet. My poops are way better on this diet too. I do take probiotics and have tried doing gut healing protocols as well.

34.5" measured relaxed around the navel.

I am sticking to the lower dose because it threw my hunger and food noise right down very quickly I am now back in a defict with out white knuckling it every day and thinking about food 24/7.

Running between 200-300g protein and 50-150g fat 0 carbs, 12hrs after dosing I find I go on the lower end of calories and the day before my next dose it creeps back up, hence the split dosing schedule rather than running once per week.

If someone has low lab range test for a early 30's male I am in the bottom 1/4th of the lab range and have autoimmune condition and mild other low T symptoms mainly from depression/mood, discipline and drive. I was reading about how Psoriasis improved in men who went from free T of sub 400 to 500+ pmol/L I am at 365. I have done all the natrual methods of increasing T from suppliments, to sleep to lifting 5x per week, HIIT, sunlight, red light therpay, icing my balls and more.

My experiment and just to try out because I don't want to go on full blown life time TRT just yet is to take a low dose Test E daily SubQ 10mg per day so 70mg per week to bump my levels up to 450-550 range to then see if my symptoms of low T and my Psoriasis improves.

Question is, how long would I need to run this to see differences but also to not shut down my natrual production so I can cycle off.

Do I need PCT I can get HCG fairly easily but Enclomiphene is a little harder to get.
If you don't want to do this forever don't even start.
