Been lurking but not posting (an introduction)

Hello all,
Been lurking for a few months taking everything in and looking up my questions when I have one (as there are many who have the same question before).

I’ve been on trt with a clinic for a few months and I’m currently on 200mgs per week (60/60/80). Feeling good but a bit more anxious than before. They also have me in 250 iu of hcg 2x per week. I did this to help maintain fertility but just had second kiddo so I’m not sure I really care about that much any more. I am vain and don’t want my balls to shrink so I’ll likely stay on it for the time being.

Labs were good (e2 was slightly out of range but no symptoms) believe we upped the dose from 160 per week.

Basically I want to run a cycle in the next few months. I’ve lost 80lbs (320 -> 240) using tirz and Reta with exercise and diet but still have a good bit to lose. I hit the gym 3-4x per week. Should I focus on losing my extra body fat or just run a test only cycle while monitoring sides and adjusting accordingly?
