Hello,
46 year old male, been lifting since I was 15. I was genetically gifted with a strong bench but cursed with the world's slowest metabolism. I bench 155 the first time I ever picked up a weight at age 15, 300 pounds by the end of high school, 405 at age 20, and 455 lifetime max.
Sadly, I also have the world's slowest metabolism. If I smell food I gain weight. Even at my biggest and strongest, my maintenance calories were about 2200. I've gotten extremely overweight eating 270p calories a day. I often have to get my calories down to 1500-1600 to lose meaningful fat. I have had every test and it's brother run and there's nothing wrong with me, I just have a slow metabolism .
Anyway, I have always worked out but I let myself get fat for a few years. Last year I lost 50 pounds and a lot of it was fat but also a lot of muscle. This year I've been focusing on rebuilding the muscle.

First pic - January of this year, after a 50 pound cut where I lost a lot of fat but a lot of muscle too. Weighed about 179. From that day forward I started lifting heavy again and taking creatine.
Second pic - May right before I started 180mg a week TRT in May. Weighed about 185.
Third pic - September, so about 5 months of TRT. Weighed about 196. Started Reta right after this and HGH a few weeks after.
Fourth pic - a few days ago, after 8 weeks of HGH. Weighed 193.
I feel like my improvements since starting HGH have been better than the entire year up to that point.
My results probably aren't typical because I've been this size before (but way fatter) and muscle memory is amazing. This is best I've ever I've ever looked in my life, and also the strongest and leanest I've been at this bodyweight. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is; I'm guessing 13-15% but I'll find out on a couple weeks with a DEXA scan.
Anyway, happy to be here. Mostly here to learn about more about reputable sources as well as improve my knowledge of PEDs.
Side note: I'm vegan and haven't consumed an animal product in 4 years.
