I have Nature's Life brand 1,500mg Beef Liver tabs. It says to take six a day or six tablets in two seperate doses. Does anyone know the best time of the day, before or after a workout or in morning or before bed. Note I am on a dianabol and omnadren cycle if it matters. Thanks for any knowledge on the Beef Liver tabs.

I think I'd rather take a iron tablet than dried liver.{I have use the liver tabs before but,in the 80's}
I take the bulk my vitamins and minerals in the morning,but do take an extra multi at night.

I know for sure that Beverly International break down well. I take a glass of vinager and drop one in and if it does not break down I do not use them ever again. I do not want to poop out my protein undigested some of the cheaper brands of liver pills compress them too much and use too hard of binders and coating so it does no good.

Their is a guy that did some testing but I think he made an acid solution that match's the stomach and he lists what worked and what did not. He also found that the ones that did not disolve in his test did not work well for him when he used them either. I know he liked Beverly International and another brand that I can not recall!

I don't really see the value in taking beef liver tabs. Just use a multivitamin and ad a b-complex if you want.

are you kidding me????

beef liver is the most potent food on earth.. packed with everything.

but but stick to your syntethic crappy multi vitmin; which is im sure is doing more harm than good.

even bodybuilders 60 years ago more sense then most people today...

Beef liver | Looking for the most nutrient-dense food available? This is it. Liver is packed to the max. It has creatine for strength, carnitine for testosterone support and fat metabolism, B vitamins for energy and metabolism, and iron to support the production of myoglobin (the energy compound in muscles that contributes to recovery and nutrient delivery). Beef liver just might be one of the best bodybuilding foods of all time. Try eating six to eight ounces (precooked weight) twice a week. These amounts of liver contain, respectively, about 230 and 308 calories, 36 and 48 g of protein, 6 and 8 g of fat and 7 and 9 g of carbs. (Equivalent amounts of precooked lean beef have approximately the same number of grams of protein, more calories and fat, but no carbs.)
