Do you have to keep doing it though? Like if i intermittent fast and it fixes everything then go back to eating routinely will the problems just come back?If anyone is having gut health issues I highly, highly recommend intermittent fasting aka time restricted eating. I dealt with sever gi issues for 2 years. I gave that a shot after reading peoples experiences and studies. It dam near cleared it up in a couple weeks. I was worried about losing muscle but I didnt. Strength and muscle stayed plus I dropped some fat. Truly amazing. There are so many studies showing how IF fixes many many metabolic disorders and others.
