First of all balkan factory which is in Moldova don't do 10ml vials with their initials. They do 1ml amp, 2ml amp and 5ml amp. 10ml amp which are made in Balkan factory is SP labs. You can contact them regarding your 10ml vials. There are 2 more factories in Russia under the name of Balkan. About their products I don't know. Regarding your amp you can check if they are legit on www.b-p.md. There are also 3 UG labs in Ukraine who do fake Balkan. Be carrefull bro and check your stuff before using it.

I've had 10ml Balkan vials and the codes even checked out on there website. It was some fire shit too. This was probably 2-3 hrs ago. Haven't been able to find them since
