Back in the Game – Former Team Andro Member Starting Fresh

New Member
Hey everyone,

I was a long-time member of Team Andro, where open discussions about steroids were possible. My last cycle was in 2013 when I was a student. Since then, life took over: marriage, kids, and building a successful business. Unfortunately, I neglected training, but I’ve been back at it daily for the past 18 months. Now, I’m committed to becoming the best version of myself.

I’ve spent weeks researching Meso, gaining knowledge, and sourcing quality products from trusted underground vendors. Yesterday, I did pre-cycle bloodwork to ensure a solid

Cycle Plan

For Muscle Growth:

Testosterone Enanthate (SP Laboratory)
Anavar (Unique Pharma)
Primobolan (Planned but currently unavailable)

For Fat Loss & Metabolism Support:
Metformin (Pharmacy)
Tirzepatide + Bac Water (Lobster)
Yohimbine (iHerb)

For On-Cycle Support & PCT:
Health Support (Heart, liver, kidneys, acne prevention) iHerb
AI & PCT (Exemestane, Tamoxifen, Clomiphene) Pharmacy

Goals & Plans
I plan to document my entire cycle: training, nutrition, bloodwork, and progress to share insights and experiences.

Now that Team Andro is gone, I’m grateful to have found a new home among like-minded individuals. Looking forward to contributing and learning from you all.

Cheers

For weight loss, the Tirz will be enough for 99% of folks. But adding muscle while taking Tirz is very difficult, so focus on losing the weight first and muscle after.

Welcome brother, - good time to get on Tirz, and head off many of the age related issues that start silently accumulating around your age. Fatty liver disease, arteriosclerosis, arthritis, kidney disease, left ventricular hypertrophy, and neurodegeneration (by improving the brain's insulin sensitivity).

Better rework that retirement plan to account for a being an active 100 year old.

Get your BP below 120/80, and maybe give your hairline some love if not too late and you'll be all set!

Hey @Ghoul - what is your latest take on muscle loss and Tirz? If you eat, train, supplement and rest right can one gain muscle on Tirz? Is there something inherent to the drug that is catabolic/anti-muscle and/or strength?

No there isn't. In fact, it tips the scale towards fat lipolysis. Still, most people outside communities like this are totally in the dark about the importance of prioritizing protein, or resistance training, and suffer the same muscle mass loss as any severe calorie deficit diet where those things aren't paid attention to, only on GLPs they lose weight much faster, so the muscle loss is more noticeable.

Music to my ears! I love Tirz but dont want to sacrifice ANY muscle of course

Doctors are supposed to counsel patients about this, but for the most part, don't.

They really should require patients to watch a 15 minute video emphasizing the importance of protein and exercise to preserve muscle mass before writing a prescription.

I also enjoyed being on "Team Andro" back then. It's been a while. I wish you all the best. At the moment I am on Tirz and I mustn't forget to eat something I have no appetite not even for carbs. So I can eat very clean, lowest carbs.
I'm currently running on very little juice, but it's enough for my purposes. (250mg Testo C+ 200mg Deca+ 30mg Tbol.)
