I was curious…this is the sixth time since November, 2023, Axle has been accused of exit scamming and they’ve survived them all. I don’t know if that’s admirable or a giant red flag.

I don't see any serious accusations. A few speculations and lots of people dismissing and discussing exit scams though:

My guess is he’s just waiting for the dust to settle to continue taking advantage of people’s apparent short memories. He wouldn’t be the first.

I’d say it probably means it’s not an exit scam and people around here jump way too fast to extreme conclusions.

I never claimed he was exit scamming, but I sure as hell wouldn't place an order until we see some positive results.

If you're have shipping issues, sure fine, shit happens. BUT, this was announced THIS week, and my order was placed LAST week. So if this guy was serious about being on it and getting it fixed, wouldn't my order be part of the first batch to get sent out by now? 9 days no shipping is not a "minor" delay, that's just flat out unacceptable.

I think this is bullshit, but maybe I'll get lucky. I think everything I've said here is fair, Idk how I fucked up and didn't see the crashed EQ stuff before I ordered, I feel like an idiot.

The “brewer” account started off as another Axle fan boy account. There was a ton of those accounts created right around when Axle opened.

That account has not posted in a year and then shows up here announcing a temporarily closing.

He was called out for having an alt account and as a way to avoid accountability, he makes up this brewer story which is going to be his story about the bad gear when he reopens.

The guy has been great from what I can tell but he’s been caught lying, red handed across multiple forums.

Has happened before.

Agreed, I feel foolish for not doing my due diligence.

I will take accountability for the fact that I did jump to a conclusion, but that conclusion was drawn due to multiple issues which historically have aligned with exit scams in the past. Quality issues. Communication Issues. Order minimums removed. It’s just the perfect storm.

However, I do hope i’m wrong. Still don’t feel like any less of an idiot.

The shipping issues are obviously unacceptable, but the quality issue is even more concerning. I am a new participant in this community, but I’ve been a long time lurker and I know what’s most important here is harm reduction and safe products, not just quick TAs.

$1000 (plus anonymizing crypto fees) of my own money would indicate I don't think it is worth any of my own money? Ok. Makes sense.

The last sentence carries no weight. None of us have the data. Everyone free to hope I am on a wild goose chase. Even if intermittent testing comes back negative that is great data and peace of mind for some.

End of the day you're trying to force others to pay for testing you want. I don't understand what the issue is, why not just do it yourself? Like you said, apparently it's something thatll help the community and get you what you've been...

Honestly I think readalot should just order some gear, then he can send it in for testing and run any and every test he could possibly want on the gear, rather than badgering the sources repeatedly.

I would have thought he would have already done this already, since he's so gung-ho about it, but I can't figure out why he hasn't, especially since axel would compensate him with credits for the testing

Maybe he has a conflict of interest doing it, either from fear or "other" reasons that prevent him from:

Ordering UGL AAS
Or
Mailing it off for testing

If someone gets a tracking update can you post letting us know that things are actually moving along? I am hoping you guys who ordered before Thanksgiving will see some motion tomorrow. I really don't want to add fuel to this dumpster fire, I just want us all to be happy customers, and manage our expectations accordingly.

Hopefully this thread gets removed from the sponsors. Seems at this point axle isn’t even bothered with trying to make it seem like this is one big misunderstanding and all these issues will be sorted.

People may benefit from re-reading this thread from the start.

The signs have always been here, and hindsight makes an easy task of seeing plain & clear.

Worth it to be aware and better informed of the standard of behavior all along.

He shouldn’t be going dark. He needs to held accountable but there lies the biggest issue. Members not holding him accountable and letting shit slide.
By him going dark repeatedly and coming back and people allowing it it’s creating a situation of false security so he can exit scam.
So if he’s MIA for 3 weeks at a time when he goes to ship out it won’t be till week 3 that people start getting suspicious. Meanwhile he’s pulling in money from regular orders for 3 weeks and starts to slow after that.
But all that can be stopped if people hold him accountable and stop sticking up for their favorite source like they can do no wrong.
