Yeah
I wouldn’t leave it at that lol.

There are people who want to shop with and support you. But eq repetitively crashing isn’t normal. It also looks like it was shipped crashed, if it isn’t holding with anyone who’s reheating.

Not sure how you would expect this to be a talking point, without an actual solution. Not “high purity eq crashes”. You’re here to brew brother. This ain’t brewing.
yeah I had an order test c and eq and test came in good but eq was solidified, emailed him he said to heat, tried 3 times and after cooling would just solidify again, emailed him multiple times and he’s just ignoring so my experience with him is not good yetIMG_9564.webp

Dang I’ve always seen good out of Primal!
Thank guys I’ve been looking at them also for a while, will be checking them out

You can find their lab testing results in the lab forum but i'd not talk about them in another vendors thread.

Ya I tried to bring it back to life. Reheating, adding a crazy amount of BB, filtering.

Just keeps crashing. Emailed him to ask about replacing it, no response yet.

Got 3 vials of NPP 200 from his partner last week. One is clear the other two are yellow. No idea what's going on.

Who's his partner? 808?

Don’t worry it’s because it’s 100 percent pure and nobody else can get that even though they all get raws from the same couple places. This is special EQ just for Axle. It dissolves in a time release in your muscle when it’s thick like that. Perfectly fine just use a caulk gun and 12ga pin

No AI needed.
Only Jano reports.

There's not much to argue about when supposedly MCT oils comes with vegetables oil in it or vice verse in a Jano test.
Or when EO turns up in Jano EO testing.

No purity report ever shown either.
Look a little further for my responses. I believe in you. You can find the information I provided.

Both EQ 300 and 500 testing provided.

And the reasoning for crashing. Feel free to buy untested EQ elsewhere that doesn’t crash.

Final product will continue to crash much more often after it has crashed once. It has nothing to do with purity which was a speculation I had made before the testing came in. If you look at my response from then I specifically said that’s why we’re waiting on test results. Testing results came back properly dosed, not overdosed. Long chain esters like EQ exhibit hysteresis. After a compound has crystallized once, the barrier to crystallize again becomes lower. We received the raws in fully solid form which then had to be melted down. Conformational clusters and local ordering can remain after this happens which lowers the barrier for crashing in the future.

Once a solution has crashed once, it is more prone to crashing again.

This is a general chemical/physical phenomenon that applies to any supersaturated solution.

Once crystals form, the system becomes less stable long-term. It creates nucleation sites that remain in the liquid.

Heating → dissolving → cooling → crashing creates repeated cycles of:

  • crystal formation
  • incomplete re-dissolution
  • more nucleation sites each time
This is a general principle that’ll hold true for all supersaturated solutions, not just EQ. It’ll likely also crash more easily each time it’s put back into solution.

We remain one of the most tested brands on the forums, and likely the top 2 if not the highest order volume brands on meso. The handful of circle jerks shall continue, and keep us at the top of the threads. Crashed gear LOL.

Normally, I’d be happy about it, but we keep running out of product with how quickly it gets gobbled up.

Please work a little harder or try some different approach in decreasing our sales. I’m looking at you 3-4 circle jerkers! Please! This is skyrocketing the traffic to our website LOL.

That’s fine, brother. I don’t think anyone is taking testing away from you. And I would say you’ve proven yourself over time.

But things are absolutely looking a little iffy lately. Instead of getting defensive, why not just take it as constructive criticism and improve on what peoples are concerns are. They ARE the ones shipping with you.
