Oxandroplex is Anavar...not Anadrol. I hope that's what you meant and you didn't really want Anadrol Anadrol only comes in 50mg pills, not 10 mg.

However, from what you have said and that picture, the Anavar you have does seem to be legit. The bad news is that that one pack of 50 pills will last you at most 10 days.
