Ive been working out for about 5 years now (35 years old), took a 6 month break (after starting a job that whipped my ass) that ended about 3 months ago. The most Ive ever weighed was 210@5'10''. Like I said, I really want to bounce back to 180-185, I'm comfortable at that weight and can actually maintain it without having to force 4000 calories a day. Eating is the most miserable part of the whole gaining thing for me, its a chore, its not fun and I hate it. I know I have to do it and i am:
Breakfast: 6 hardboiled eggs 1/4 cup of oatmeal with honey+raisins(not together!)
raisin bread w/creamcheese sandwich right before work
1/2 cup of cashews plus a bottled smoothie drink for break
Lunch: Massive sandwich featuring 1" of meat, mustard, whole wheat bread, 20 oz of random juice
another raisin bread cream cheese sandwich or a chicken breast for break if I can take a break in the afternoon-I rarely can though.
Work out right after work, 5 days, apprx 1 hour, rotating body parts multiday rest before working the same body part followed by protein shake(60grm protein)
Dinner: typically 16 oz of pork chicken or beef plus a large pile of rice or whole wheat noodles slathered with olive oil or pesto plus a tuber or a salad
Last meal:about a 40 oz smoothie I blend up with a half a bag of frozen fruit plus some protein and 1/4-1/2 cup of peanut butter all in a half and half liquid base with some DAA added in.
I know this is probably far from perfect, its what I can actually get down my throat though, day after day with some substitutions here and there.
As far as going on test I am absolutely a novice, which is why I posted on here, I tried to keep my foot out of my mouth with my first post and that didnt go so well, oh well. Maybe i'll just try a dbol only cycle, i heard you get hella swole that way, i forget did uncle z have some good dbol?
looks like ill get a few more dineros together and just do 500 T enth for 10 weeks, cant screw that plan up too bad!
