Info. 33 years old currently weigh about 200 and dexa scan has me sub 9% body fat. I’m fairly strong but wouldn’t mind adding some strength but ideally I don’t want to put on any more size and actually wouldn’t mind being 185-195 to help with endurance. This will be hard to achieve but still going to try as I know I'll be trying to add strength while being in slight calorie deficit or right at maintenance.

Goal of the cycle is athletic type physique and performance ie I train multiple sessions nearly every day mix of BJJ, CrossFit (I know all jokes aside), swim and run a lot, and stay active hiking and some sports related stuff. I do compete a bit but not really at risk of getting tested.

I’ve been on TRT felt good at 150mg/week with .25 anastrozole, levels were at 1295 ng/dl, free at 300 pg/ml estradiol at 64 pg/mL IGF – 133 ng/ML (this felt low). Everything else was good.

Here is currently what I’m thinking. 16-20 week cycle except the HGH will take 6+ months depending how I feel. Test. EQ Prop Source - Sigma Audley

Test Prop – 250mg/week split and pinned daily in the evenings trying to have it fully absorbed by the morning (currently I take cyp but I’ve been wanting to try prop and have a bunch)

EQ – 300mg/week split 3x week - on a lower test base then cycles I’ve seen with EQ so I’m not sure if this is enough don't want to crash my e2. I will not be taking anastrozole

HGH – starting at 1 IU taken before bed potentially increasing to 2. I've tried MK677 in the past and got crazy tingling numbness in my wrists and hands that would keep me from sleeping so I don't want to get too high on this or start too high. Ideally i'd like to get my IGH in the 250 range

GHK-CU/BPC/TB500 - taken as necessary for 6-8 weeks

I would love one day to experiment with EPO but I’m not willing to do that without a Dr’s help it’s not worth the risk to me and I’m not willing to do Cardarine the cancer risk just isn’t worth it to me even if it’s potentially overblown. Not keen on adding orals as I hear they give pumps which I don’t want unless there is something that will really aid and not cause that.

I’ve tried SS-31/Mots-C/NAD+, they really did nothing for me.
 
So I'm still waiting on my EQ not sure at this point if I'll even get it and might have to reorder my source isn't even returning emails now when I asking for tracking and it's been over a month. So I haven't started yet but I did switch my TRT (120mg/wk) from cyp to the prop I have. I got the worst PIP to the point I couldn't sit from one of the shots to the glutes and was limping from trying it in my thigh. Both sites were swollen and knotted. This is only a trt dose and split into daily injections so it's not a lot of volume. I have no idea how anyone could handle large doses if this is the reaction. I know that PIP is common with prop but this seems beyond that I couldn't workout and stretching the area was like trying to stretch a significant injury. IT took over a week to get close to normal. I have since switched back to cyp. Has anyone else experienced this?
