Wtf? Is this your first run bro? Damn. In general, it's typically 10ml in the vial. If he said 250mg, than that's the mg per 1ml. That's beyond a noob question though bro. You should research a little more before you run anything.

No problem bro. Don't mean to jump down your throat. I just get concerned when guys have limited knowledge/experience and think about running something. Educate yourself as much as you can and then some. Good luck bro.
You really need to do some research before you stick anything in you, this is not a insult, there's a shit load of things that you can easily mess up on and none of it is easy to fix.
Read the stickys in the steroid and pct forums. Basic terminology you can pick up in the cycle log forum which you should definitely check out also as it can help you learn what to expect. Make sure you get blood work before you start
I'd also suggest reading up on side effects and not starting until you have everything on hand. I just started my first cycle and have aromasin on hand in case I didn't like adex and torem in case I didn't like nolva etc. I also have anavar which looks absolutely enticing so I would suggest not getting extra stuff until you end your first cycle.
