i think you have been 1 of the best UGL's since i have been here. i agree with the member that said he wouldn't mind paying a little more to have the raws checked. Imagine how much trouble that would save for u. (1) MOST IMPORTANT you know your raws are gtg (2) Like with this mast situation, how much time is this going to cost you? Time that you don't have. (3) Never having a person saying it's bunk b/c their body didn't take to it for whatever reason... (4) OH DID I SAY PEACE OF MIND?

Instead of jumping to the conclusion that your customer who bought $800 in gear must be a troll and must be lying. Wouldn't your track record of poor communication(that I could quote dozens of posts of complaints) be a better place to first look as the root of the problem? I'm sorry my infection just happened to coincide with an event when other people found out you were sending out bunk gear. I'm sure my body did it on purpose just to inconvenience you. I would apologize but.... I don't think I need go there. I can post my email to you if you would like. Or my pm's to you from a week ago if you would like. You asked me to in fact. Shall I? So that I can prove you didn't respond and I'm not a troll?
Now it may sound like I'm being a wise ass and believe you me. I am. I don't appreciate being a good customer and then have you throw me to the wolves just because you have poor communication and my problem might affect your bottom line dollar. It seems a shame that you just made it public that if a customer has a problem, then that problem or that customer even; is definitely NOT as important as keeping your money rolling in. Your strategy to call me a liar before pointing to your own communication issues is bad business, and I don't appreciate it. Ya see, the great thing about never lying is that you never have to worry about being caught in a lie. It's awesome; you should try it.

The best way to take care of an issue is emailing me about it. If your saying I ignored you then I will call you a liar because I don't ignore anyone. Guys are quick to post I didn't respond but where the post saying I sent Astro a pm 10min ago and it was answered?
I seriously haven't had any complaints. Infections are a lot of the time the users fault.
1.) I use a laminar flow hood
2.) I use a .22 Micron Filter powered by a vacuum pump
3.) I sterilize filters and stoppers
4.) Benzyl alcohol
All these coupled I'd say its a user issue. I pin all my gear especially prop

As I said before I don't blame you for wanting to test it yourself. There's no question in my mind, of course, but you have every reason to verify it for yourself.
I disagree with your other assertions, though. You are in fact calling me a liar. There is plenty of proof of the results. There's my word and my reputation. You wanted to send me a primo and mast e sample not that long ago to send to labmax for exactly the same test I'm reporting on. What has changed? Had we done it your way, when the bunk report came back would you still say there was zero proof? What was the point of offering?
There ARE mass spec results. There just aren't any formal mass spec reports. You know, the kind labs are accused of forging all the time.
A question, though. How long before you get definitive test results back? I've received a number of PMs and read a few posts from people with your mast e wanting to know what's what.

I just have to say as long as the issues are resolved I don't see why everyone is blowing up so quickly. It seems like 9 out 10 labmax test have been good. This isn't like Herc where no one could test anything. Astro has lasted longer than most labs for a reason. I know my gear has always been good. Surely not every lab is stupid enough to screw up a gold mine. Especially when you're the go to lab of the forum..... Btw when does the sale start again ? Tomorrow ?

I inquired and I was told 10 days before the Mass Spec machine is even back up and running. they're waiting on parts. Usually it takes 30 days because they can only perform so many tests per week. So I cant give a definitive answer.
To bad he couldn't offer results because purity is important. PM me I want to ask a question on the tests that may offer some insight.

Astro not trying to start drama in your thread. I think your an innovative guy posting pics of your setup.
Flenser may not have the mass spec results labmax did but I see no reason why they (labmax) would lie. They are just trying to add another substance to their list in their kit.
I also see no reason why Flenser would tamper your sample along with Bio's and Peps when sending it to labmax.
I understand your suspicious overall.
I'd handle the issue like the Sciroxx tab problem and you'll be good I think.
