Does anyone know if this ratio of Astragulus root extract is sufficient for kidney support , i know its a higher mg than most supplements, thats why i was wondering if anyone had information or personal use of high doses of Astagulus products,, Or is it better to use the " standardized" version of Astragulus?.? Thanks for any help with this,, The brand is "Piping Rock" its a Lab tested product, manufactured with GMP quality etc,, IMG_0784.webpimage.webp

i dont even f with the concentrated whatever the fuck cause who knows
i buy raw astragalus powder
only way to tell is through bloodwork and i get my creatinine down from 1.30 to like 1.11 in a couple weeks of ~4-6grams daily
I've had great success with 3g (6 pills split over two doses) daily from Vitamin Shoppe. How do you take the powder and which brand do you use? Does it taste bad?

i dry scoop nutricost astragalus powder and it doesnt taste like cotton candy.
at the time i think i was taking it all in the morning with my pre workout but lately ive been doing two grams in the morning and two grams at night.

I normally look for something with Astragaloside IV labeled around 25mg vs. root or extract. A little chitosan for improved bioavailability.

I have no evidence but heard from one guy his labs sucked on extract versus regular powder. I've always taken a ton of capsules. I'm gonna look into that dry scoop.

Standardized is better bc it provides some guarantees

Better still to stick with branded ingredients; in this case, look for AstraGin

i am using a standardized version as well as the extract version, @ 5 g daily total ,, how much is actually effective? Well it seems to be helping since ive bumped up doses , my kidney numbers have improved, but that could also be from the jardiance( likely more so) ,,
