Are these kidney and liver markers alarming?

I’m doing my 2nd cycle. I’ve been on 300test/200 primo for ~20 weeks. I’m also taking 10mg Cialis daily Blood tests have been pretty good until recently. Should I be concerned or are these values normal for being on cycle? Thanks

high liver values ( SGOT, SGPT ) are not good. you don't take any oral ones except Cialis?
I did take anavar for 2 weeks mid cycle but I didn’t like the heartburn I got so I discontinued them. Is it possible I was just dehydrated? I’m going to retest in 3 weeks.

The state of hydration at which you took this test has a significant impact on your kidney markers; either hydrate more (and take two days off training prior) and retest (likely to be just fine), or do a cystanin-C test.

Anything known in the family such as Non-Alcoholic Liver Disease? Whats your homa index and hba1c like? Also lipids including Triglycerides can help help diagnosing the issue.

Liver looks fine, if you had a normal workout week before labs i wouldn't be concerned about AST and ALT but next time definitely do a ggt test.

I would be concerned about kidneys though, retest when you hydrate (without overdo it) and order a cystatin c too.

I had slightly elevated AST/ALT for 30 years and no Dr cared. Heavy training and/or high protein diets can raise those levels. As training damages muscles and the and digesting protein can release the same enzyme that is tested for in blood work. Once i lowered my lifts and protein intake in my late 50's my levels are now middle of the range. For a cycle i would not worry about any of those numbers. :Long term then looking into them may be warranted.

So many things can cause AST/ALT to be temporarily high

Dehydration
Hard intense workout the day before labs
Muscle injury (I tore my groin muscle 2 months ago and it threw off several labs)
Medications (antibiotics caused mine to be high)

My gf after couple months hiatus of training she went back and first week was sore af, she pulled labs and her ALT and AST were 150 and 170 while ggt inside range, after couple weeks retested and were back to normal, like 40's-50's. If you train hard is inevitable to keep them low, unless you run liver protection supps all year round.

I would actually be a bit most concerned about the creatinine level. Get a cystatin C test to double check your kidney function. The liver values are nothing.

i just went to pcp today and he ordered these tests for me , i will go in the next coupla days , saves me alot of $ doing it this way, then i usually keep track of my other markers myself throughout the year,, IMG_2048.webp

Excellent! Just slight tweak...

Ft3 and Ft4 instead of T3 and T4. Total thyroid kinda useless for people on roids.

LH and FSH?
lh and fsh was worthless imo, but i forgot to take it off , thats what i got so ,, to late to make changes , i'll make sur3 to get free t3-t4 nex5 time, and i don't run very high doses currently,,
